Do You Know The 5 Most Memorable Moments from the MTV Movie Awards

1. Emma Stone Gives an Unexpectedly Sincere Acceptance Speech

Emma Stone became the first recipient of the Trailblazer Award at Sunday night's show. While the award was preceded by a video that kept things light (a cavalcade of Emma's past costars jokingly talking about how awful a person she secretly is), her acceptance speech sort of got sincere out of nowhere. In a night filled with stilted teleprompter jokes, Emma getting choked up while accepting a golden popcorn statue was surprisingly welcome.

2. Johnny Depp Takes the Stage

Let's face it, the Generation Award is a cheap way to shoehorn a major celeb into the show. Be that as it may, it also makes for consistently entertaining television. (Reese Witherspoon anyone?) This time around Johnny Depp accepted the statue (from Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Joe Perry no less) by sitting in with the Black Keys, playing guitar on "Gold on the Ceiling." For those taken by surprise, Johnny's no stranger to the stage. He's sat in with the likes of Oasis, Alice Cooper, and Marilyn Manson, and back before he was famous he set out to make it as a rock star.

3. The Magic Mike Boys Get Frisky with Elizabeth Banks

When Elizabeth Banks accepted her award for Best Onscreen Transformation for her role as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games, she was sure to thank MTV for putting her onstage surrounded by Matthew McConaughey, Channing Tatum, and a shirtless Joe Manganiello. While the award belonged to Elizabeth, the moment belonged to Joe, who strutted onstage in a firefighter helmet while swinging his giant... pickaxe. Minds out of the gutter people.

4. Russell Brand's Opening Monologue

Host Russell Brand wasted no time digging into the famous faces sitting in the audience. It's easy to lose count of the blanked-out words in the seven-and-a-half-minute routine, but Charlie Sheen, Michael Fassbender, and Justin Bieber all made easy targets for the foul-mouthed Brit.

5. Kristen Stewart Makes Out with Herself

For the fourth year in a row Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson won the Best Kiss award, but this time Kristen had to accept her golden popcorn trophy alone. So what's a girl to do when no one takes her up on some high-profile PDA? Well you may have seen this little trick back in grade school, but we'll let the Twilight star make it new for you all over again.
