Wow, Lindsay Lohan Jokes About Friday Health Scare on Twitter

Lindsay was back to work on Saturday, and the latest news is that she'll be starring alongside adult actor James Deen in an upcoming film called The Canyons, which was penned by novelist Bret Easton Ellis (American Psycho, Less Than Zero). According to Ellis' Twitter, filming will get underway in July, meaning the better part of Lindsay's summer is going to be spent in front of a camera.

Lindsay Lohan gave everyone a little scare Friday morning when paramedics were called to her bedside after she was found unconscious in her hotel room (full story). Turns out the 25-year-old actress was just sleeping heavily after an all-night shoot on the upcoming Elizabeth Taylor biopic Liz and Dick, and she was quick to make light of the situation when she finally commented on it via Twitter around 1am Saturday.

She wrote: "Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door.... Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down."
