This is the most fun yet.
He may be the reigning prince of R&B, but Usher can rock out when he wants to.
During an appearance on BBC's Radio 1 this week, the Atlanta-based singer broke into a cover of "Pumped Up Kicks," the Foster the People tune that ruled the airwaves for the better part of last year. Calling the song "one of my favorites," Usher performed the song's killer bassline himself, allowing his backup singers to cover most of the chorus each time.
Usher isn't the first major star to cover the catchiest song ever written about a school shooter: Weezer, the Kooks, Karmin and Owl Eyes have all performed the song, and Zac Efron and Taylor Swift used it to parody false relationship reports about them on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
